LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR Absolute PLR

Welcome to Absolute PLR. By accessing, purchasing, or using any of our digital products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this License Agreement.

1. Definitions

Absolute PLR – Refers to our company, Absolute PLR, the provider of digital products that you can edit, customize, and resell.

Private Label Rights (PLR) Products – Digital products that you may customize and sell as your own. However, you are not permitted to transfer resell rights to your customers.

Master Resell Rights (MRR) Products – Digital products that you may customize and sell as your own, with the ability to pass on resell rights to your customers.

You / Licensee – Refers to the individual, business, or organization that has obtained digital products from Absolute PLR.

2. License Grant

Upon purchasing products from Absolute PLR, you are granted a license to modify, rebrand, and resell them according to the permissions outlined below:

3. Important Terms for Reselling the Digital MRR Bundle

🔴 Minimum Resale Price:
You are not permitted to resell the Digital MRR Bundle as-is for less than $498. This policy ensures fair market value for all authorized resellers. If you cannot adhere to this requirement, please do not purchase this bundle.

🔴 Brand Name Restrictions:
You may not resell the Digital MRR Bundle under the name "Absolute PLR". This name is the intellectual property of Digital PLR Hub and may not be used when marketing or reselling the bundle.

4. Earnings Disclaimer

Absolute PLR makes no guarantees regarding financial performance, income, or success resulting from the use or resale of our products. All business outcomes are solely your responsibility.

5. Product Content & Design Quality

While Absolute PLR strives for high standards in content and design, we do not guarantee that every product will be error-free or meet specific requirements. It is your responsibility to review, edit, and verify product quality prior to resale.

6. Liability

Absolute PLR assumes no liability for any damages, disputes, or issues arising from the use, resale, or distribution of our products. You accept full responsibility for your actions and any consequences related to product use or resale.

7. Termination

Digital PLR Hub reserves the right to terminate your license if you fail to comply with these terms. Upon termination, you must immediately stop selling, distributing, or promoting any Absolute PLR products.

8. Modification of Terms

Absolute PLR reserves the right to modify this License Agreement at any time without prior notice. You are encouraged to review this document periodically for updates or changes.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within Germany.
